Returns
Eligibility Window
You can return products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
Condition for Return/Exchange
- Please return items in the condition they were received.
- Include the original packing slip with your order number.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging.
- Items must not be covered in animal or human hair.
- We cannot accept items that have odors such as smoke, cologne, or deodorant.
- Jewelry and socks are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. For defective items, please contact support.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7 working days. During high volume periods, this time may be extended.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days. If your return is denied, the item will be sent back to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First Step: Check your bank account again.
- Second Step: Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Third Step: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Final Step: If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item per our refund policy and include the exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items; such items will be refunded. Exchange requests are processed once your return package is scanned and in transit to us. Do not combine exchange orders in one return package to ensure accurate processing.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on FINAL Sale/Clearance items or jewelry/socks. Shipping costs for returns are not covered, except for eligible exchanges.
Defects/Damaged or Incorrect Item
Upon receiving your order, inspect your items immediately. For any defects or issues within 30 days of delivery, please send photo evidence to [email protected] for our records. We will provide a return label (domestic only) for necessary exchanges. Claims beyond the 30 days will be regarded as wear and tear and will not be eligible for an exchange.
